This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be granted.


1. Digital Nature of Products

All content on airapodcast.com is delivered digitally. Once a podcast or course is accessed or streamed, it is considered delivered. Hence, refunds or returns are not applicable after access is granted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payments for the same service;
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content (verified by our team);
  • Unauthorized transactions caused by system or billing errors.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction to info@airapodcast.com, including payment reference and transaction details.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification. Depending on your payment provider, the amount may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or voluntary cancellation after access;
  • User-side technical issues (internet connection, device compatibility, etc.);
  • Partial course or content usage.
5. Cancellation Policy

Since our services are digital and instantly accessible, cancellations are not possible after confirmation.

For recurring subscriptions (if introduced in the future), users may cancel before renewal to avoid additional charges.
